Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) is a key ingredient in beer, with great significance for the Brazilian industry. The economically viable production of hops Brazil depends on genetic variability available to be used selection and development high-as performance photo-neutral cultivars their interaction environment. objective this research was evaluate phenotypic alpha-effective character relation environmental variation different regions. Alpha-acids tests were performed through American Society Brewing Chemists (ASBC-HOPS 6. B-Conductometric titration methodology).
